L’EQUIP Demonstrators

L’EQUIP Demonstrators operate independent, home-based businesses. Through cooking classes, Demonstrators educate personal networks on the BOSCH Universal Mixer and L’EQUIP Nutrimill. This approach to educating others about “Life in Healthy Balance,” provides a flexible and rewarding opportunity.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Completion of application with L’EQUIP to operate an independent, authorized affiliate business, receive approval, and enter into a product agreement with L’EQUIP.
• Pay a $55 start-up fee to receive your “Business in a Box”
• Successfully complete online L’EQUIP training
• Own a BOSCH Universal Mixer and L’EQUIP Nutrimill

In addition, Demonstrators have exclusive access to unique product packages, providing competitive opportunities with L’EQUIP Retailers and Internet distributors. However, Demonstrators are not authorized to sell, or advertise the price of, any L’EQUIP or BOSCH products via the Internet. In all cases, Demonstrators must adhere to L’EQUIP MAP policies.

L’EQUIP Retailer

L’EQUIP Retailers establish a full time, independent business within the gourmet kitchen industry. Retailers promote and sell the entire BOSCH and L’EQUIP product line based on wholesale volume purchase price.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of application with L’EQUIP to operate an independent, authorized affiliate business, receive approval, and enter into a product agreement with L’EQUIP.
• Operate a “brick and mortar” storefront, and/or meet the L’EQUIP minimum yearly purchase volume of $10,000
• Demonstrate proven success in owning and operating a retail business
• Successfully complete product specific L’EQUIP training

L’EQUIP Retailers are authorized to sell and advertise L’EQUIP and BOSCH products through their Retail website. In all cases, Retailers must adhere to L’EQUIP M.A.P. policies.

L’EQUIP Internet Retailers

L’EQUIP Internet Retailers focus on the entire L’EQUIP product line. Online Retailers are focused on products promoting healthy lifestyles, and offer a wide variety of small kitchen electrics. Benefits include:

For L’EQUIP Retailers to succeed, product protection in the marketplace is the L’EQUIP goal. MAP Pricing is critical to that success, and we strongly enforce those policies. Because of the pervasiveness of the Internet, L’EQUIP limits approvals on Internet customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of application with L’EQUIP to operate an independent, authorized affiliate business, receive approval for Internet site content and address, and enter into a product agreement with L’EQUIP
• Establish, operate and maintain a website that is consistent with L’EQUIP and BOSCH’s quality trademark brands
• Use lawful and appropriate advertising and marketing practices
• Internet Affiliates must adhere to L’EQUIP’s MAP policies
• Internet Affiliates may not use the registered and trademarked names of “BOSCH” or “L’EQUIP” in their website URL
